Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, your parcel will be prepared and dispatched for shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We offer worldwide delivery through trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Pakistan Post, and TCS.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days

  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 20–30 business days

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country. Yamama Gems is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return your item under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
